Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM.
Early check-in before 6:00 AM is charged as a full night, between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM is charged at 50% of one night, and after 10:00 AM is free depending on room readiness.
Late check-out until 3:00 PM is charged at 50% of one night, and after 3:00 PM is charged as a full night.
Food & Drinks
Neevana Hikkaduwa has its own onsite bar and eatery. Guests bringing outside alcohol or food will be subject to corkage fees.
Beach & Ocean
The hotel is bordered by a protected coral reef, so swimming is limited directly in front of the property. A short walk to either side provides open sea access. There is no lifeguard on duty. For safety, we advise not to swim at night, after drinking alcohol, or in rough seas.
Restaurant & Pool Area
Our beachside restaurant is open until 10:00 PM and may carry the sounds of music and conversation.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other substances, is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms.
Swimming Pool
The pool includes a shallow area and diving is prohibited. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are fully responsible for safe use and for supervising children.
Parking
Parking is available in front of the hotel.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior notice, subjected to pet-friendly rooms availability.
Damages
The management reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to the property.
